Find one spot where they are spawning in a few places near by (I used Aerial Jungle) then sit there and change realms every minute. Don't bother with first half dozen realms that are crowded go for the realms that are less occupied.

It's a bit slow and a bit boring, but this is pretty much the best gear until level 50 correct? It's a very important area in the life cycle of gear. I would use that gear up until WaterWorks gear at level 60. Also you'll need to return their for some other gear but that's a story for another time.
